∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment of Retail Loan & Credit Card proposals as per credit policy & regulatory guidelines.
∎ Identify credit risk of Retail Loan & Credit Card proposals, devise mitigation measures and ensure desired level of service delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth service by reducing credit file processing time.
∎ Complete a risk analysis on all loan & credit card files and make presentation for credit approval.
∎ Manage the portfolio growth & Asset quality. This includes assistance to Head of Department for discussion with senior management on issues like, PPG, SLA, TAT etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong analytical and Decision making skill with clear understanding of financial statement.
∎ Must have experience and adequate knowledge in Retail finance, Credit risk factors, policy and guideline, industry and market dynamics.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ i) Banks, ii) Leasing.
