- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions, or a similar role.
Functional/Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, CRR/SLR compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis in line with guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
- Proficient in Excel, data analysis, treasury and liquidity management, with experience in core banking and reporting systems.

Job Grade: Senior Officer - Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank, including DB-4/DB-5 (CRR & SLR) and SBS-1.
- Develop business finance reports such as Credit Card P&L, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports covering deposits and advances, ALCO data, treasury SLP, loan maturity, interest rate movements, and regional profitability.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time in line with organizational requirements and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
