Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and acquire new medium-sized clients and evaluate their creditworthiness.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with medium-sized clients.
∎ Understand the financial needs of the client and provide tailored banking solutions.
∎ Advises clients on banking products and services, such as working capital financing, trade finance, and project finance, and helps them make appropriate decisions.
∎ Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
∎ Manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time recovery.
∎ Ensure adherence to regulations and policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for solutions.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitors’ offerings and act accordingly.
