Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Zoology from any reputed university. Candidates holding specialization on Entomology will be highly preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of programme implantation in assigned SRs area
∎ Conduct necessary communication and provide feedback based on reports and observations to the SRs for necessary actions to ensure proper programme implementation and improvement
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring of programme on a regular basis
∎ Collaboration with partner NGO and different level stakeholders (Medical College, MRG, Civil Surgeon)
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring of programme on a regular basis
∎ Participate in different forum, meetings and conferences at national and regional level
∎ Coordinate with BRAC’s different departments for smooth programme operations
∎ Coordinate with Malaria Head Office team in programme implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in any health care project is required
∎ Knowledge on the health sector of Bangladesh
∎ Knowledge on programme focused operation management
∎ Understanding on programme goal and strategy
∎ Skill on coordination, communication and advocacy
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Motivational skills with clear vision & direction
∎ Skill on negotiation, presentation and programme & risk management
∎ Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
∎ Competencies on time management, planning and prioritizing
∎ Competencies on emotional intelligence
∎ Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
