Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare regional sales plans and target in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Report to management on regional sales results and forecast of quarterly and annual turnover.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
∎ Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
∎ Directly & indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area manager, service engineer and recovery officer.
∎ Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Engagement with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ 06-08 years experienced candidates from fertilizer/seed/crop care/agricultural machinery will get preference.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility.
