∎ Masters degree in Business or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a sustainable five-year plan for the supply chain of the country/region
∎ Align the five-year plan with the global supply chain strategy and ensure that it is synchronized with the Country Manager's vision for the country/region
∎ Together with the team set goals and activities and drive the short-term plan aligned with the five-year plan based on the seasonal strategy
∎ Drive the competence/capability development within the country/region (supplier + organization) aligned with the long-term strategy and the supplier relationship management (SRM)
∎ Direct the operations to secure the best deal from the country (price, quality, flexibility, lead time, sustainability and product) short-term/long-term. Ensure that the execution and results match the agreed strategies
∎ Ensure that the suppliers understand and respect H&M's values, Code of Ethics, CSR requirements and standards
∎ Collaborate with other Supply Chain Managers in other countries to achieve global goals
∎ Support best practice sharing and alignment with other product groups
∎ Support and create 'one office feeling' and a united work environment together with Country Manager Production, as well as other Supply Chain Managers in the office/country/region
∎ Identify capability gaps (current and future) and work towards bridging these gaps through performance management, staff development, strategic recruitment, etc.
∎ Your responsibility is to lead your team by example, always driven by our values and the ambition to make people and business grow
∎ As an H&M leader you should focus on inspiration, delegation, feedback and motivation (other elements of leadership are further described in the competencies relevant for your role)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 3-4 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ H&M internal employees will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as Excel
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
∎ Big leadership Potential
