Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical Diploma in Footwear Technology from any reputed footwear institution is preferred. In case of having vast experience/knowledge in the footwear industry, educational qualifications may be taken into consideration.
∎ Preferably 8-10 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred.
∎ Able to maintain strong cooperation & communication with managers and other concerned parties within the region to promote equality with the customer in mind.
∎ Excellent written and spoken English.
∎ Strong analytical abilities for anticipating potential challenges on a global level, suggesting optimizations, and resolving issues.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and make things happen.
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked.
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations.

∎ You ensure customer-centric product delivery.
∎ You assist Quality Leads in coaching and training teams to improve skills and competencies, leveraging your expertise.
∎ You serve as a proactive role model, you innovate solutions, share ideas, and tackle challenges collaboratively.
∎ You collaborate closely with assortment teams to understand customer expectations and translate them into supplier quality capabilities.
∎ You drive initiatives like supplier self-reliance and develop operational systems to foster efficiency and enable business growth.
