∎ Degree/Diploma/Vocational Education or equivalent preferably in Textile. In case of having vast experience/ knowledge in the textile industry or fashion company regarding Product or Material, Educational qualification may be taken into consideration.

∎ Able to maintain strong cooperation & communication with managers and other concerned parties within the region to promote equality with the customer in mind.
∎ Excellent written and spoken English.
∎ Strong analytical abilities for anticipating potential challenges on a global level, suggesting optimizations, and resolving issues.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and make things happen.
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked.

∎ As the Quality Senior Manager, you co-create and execute strategies to improve product quality globally, focusing on technical aspects and customer feedback.
∎ You lead by example, aligning actions with the H&M leadership expectations and values.
∎ You leverage your technical expertise and understanding of fit, grading, and pattern construction to enhance customer perceived quality from design to development.
∎ You collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze quality's impact on sales and drive continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable practices.
∎ You coach and train teams and suppliers to optimize technical product quality and supplier self-reliance.
