∎ Masters degree in Business or Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a short and long-term analysis, prognosis and action plan for the regional product category based on KPIs for price, lead time, quality, sustainability and capacity to achieve global product category goals: growth and profitability in a sustainable way
∎ Evaluate and summarize seasonal and annual KPI results together with the Supply Chain Manager
∎ Based on the seasonal and annual KPI summary, develop a sustainable five-year plan for the supply chain of the country/region and set new seasonal and annual goals
∎ Together with the Supply Chain Management team, set relevant action plans based on the updated goals and long-term regional strategy
∎ Continuously drive supply chain KPI analysis, prognosis and regional strategy alignment
∎ Identify supply chain discrepancies and support the Supply Chain Manager on actions to correct causes, communicate findings and deviations to the Global Supply Chain Controller and the Global Supply Chain Manager
∎ Based on continuous business-related macro analysis, proactively communicate the current situation, opportunities for improvement and threats to the Country Controller Production and the Global Supply Chain Controller
∎ Support in securing processes and business methods so that these are set, clearly communicated and implemented in the teams
∎ Support and create 'one office feeling' and a united work environment
∎ Actively take part in the global controlling function to develop best practices and improve controlling methods and tools
∎ Plan and support future controller needs and challenges together with the Country Controller Production
∎ Drive operational efficiency by setting and managing salary and travel budget in the respective supply chain organization to optimize resource allocation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 3-4 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ H&M internal employees will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as Excel
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
∎ Big leadership Potential
