∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license and proficiency for field travel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site Assessment: Conduct site evaluations to identify the most suitable locations for grid construction that meet all required criteria.
∎ Community Mobilization: Secure commitments from a minimum of 40 households within a 1.5 to 2.0 km radius of each site. This includes agreements to connect to the water grid, pay a one-time connection fee, and commit to a monthly water usage tariff.
∎ Tariff Collection: Oversee timely monthly tariff collection, in coordination with grid operators.
∎ Leadership: Manage a team of Community Marketing Representatives to meet grid construction targets efficiently.
∎ Technical Collaboration: Work with the technical/engineering team to align project goals and resolve social or community-related challenges affecting grid construction.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and submit regional reports to the Head Office.
∎ Water Quality Assurance: Ensure water quality through regular tank cleaning as per the company's Tank Cleaning Protocol.
∎ Account Management: Collaborate with the user committee to facilitate service disconnections for customers in arrears.
∎ Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with the Engineering team to resolve maintenance issues, including pipe leaks, pump malfunctions, and electrical issues.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ As the Regional Officer - Operations for Max Social Enterprise Ltd., you will ensure the construction and operation of piped water grids in your designated region.
∎ Reporting: You will report to Sr. Operations Manager of Max Social Enterprise Ltd.
