Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities comprises of (but is not limited to):
∎ Verification's of essential system functions;
∎ Inspection of parts and replacing them, where necessary;
∎ Removal of accumulated contaminants that might affect the operational reliability of the systems;
∎ Identification of failure-prone parts;
∎ Identification of any probable causes of hardware faults discovered in the course of maintenance work;
∎ Documenting of the work performed
∎ Preventive maintenance include also: dust removal and clean-up of internal parts of the technical resources (including servers, racks, etc.).
∎ Check for errors in logs and storage capacity
∎ Carry out functional tests of the component
∎ Basic System, OS and Network knowledge.
∎ Basic IT administration skills, incl. relevant IT tools.
∎ Knowledge of maintaining, configuring and replacing various IT hardware, e.g. servers, storages, power supplies, network devices, workstations, peripherals.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Self-organized.
∎ Ability to travel to maintenance location on short notice.
Salary: Negotiable
