Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff. You'll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staff
∎ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the MDs
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records
∎ Conducting the exit interview and off boarding procedure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You will need to excellent communication skills in Bengali and have negotiation/sales skills.
∎ Work experience as a Recruiter or Sales/ Tele Sales/ Good Customer Service Experience
∎ Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
