∎ Become a part of our dedicated team in Nowapara / Jessore! We`re looking for a Factory Manager / Project Head who will lead our production team and who is responsible for our site.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organisation of the production and optimization of the processes
∎ Oversee and control the individual departments from floor level to the quality control department
∎ Frequent supervision of incoming goods inspection
∎ Production planning
∎ Led the manufacturing site workers and officers and handling of the related documentary works
∎ Supervision of audits
∎ Ensure to achieve the sewing production target of the line as per the production plan
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine
∎ Ensure effective communication with the supply chain team for increasing productivity
∎ Implement an easy and effective way of doing work
∎ Calculate the line efficiency and submit a report in a periodical order
∎ Daily overtime (OT) monitoring and controlling
∎ Implementing standard operation procedure
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operation to ensure the best workflow
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Precess (WIP)
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ You are familiar with the jute industry
∎ You have proven experience as a factory manager/project head
∎ You are fluent in the English language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
∎ You bring excellent communication, technical, and production skills
∎ Your time management and your organizational skills are good
∎ Computer skills (Micro soft office)
