∎ Ensuring Quality Management System (QMS) at work place
∎ Ensuring Operations Quality at Source (At Needle Point)
∎ Ability to make corrective action plan (CAP) through proper root cause analysis
∎ Manage DHU and rejection as per factory policy
∎ Ensuring operations quality standard by following customer demand
∎ Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve through proper manpower utilization and optimization
∎ Training and develop Quality operator and quality inspector

∎ We are seeking a compatible Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive (Quality) who will work as a Quality leader of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for our Garment factory at Ratanpur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong Leadership skills with proper quality planning, organizing, directing and controlling
∎ Ensuring Quality Management System (QMS) at work place
∎ Ensuring Operations Quality at Source (At Needle Point)
