∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work experience Specially Jacket, Pant and Knit items.
∎ Candidate should have worked with Woven & Knit garments (Tops & Bottoms items specialist)
∎ Ensure all garments shipped are having excellent quality, must pass the final inspection on first assessment, ensure good production output through proper in line inspections
∎ As per quality manual must run the quality control system.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and achieve qualitative result.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated, if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/ Manual.
∎ Effective communication and report writing skills.
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Lead the entire QC/QA team to ensure the quality standards set by the company/customer, at all processes from incoming raw materials to pre-shipment inspection.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final & Final pre-shipment inspections to assure that goods are conformed to the client's requirements in terms of Quality, Quantity, Style, Color, Materials and Packaging.
∎ Briefing relevant Quality Leader, Controller & Checker on potential quality issues on newly inputted product style.
∎ Reporting to Managing Director on entire quality aspects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years to above.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/ Manual.
∎ Effective communication and report writing skills.
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
