Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for quality assurance and shipments per allocated target.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Should be able to supervise a big quality team and ensure quality of World A class Buyer
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement & capable to handle different buyer regarding quality.
∎ Must able to ensure technical and Quality compliance
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for big knit garments.
∎ Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
∎ Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
∎ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Effective communication & convincing power, report writing, Training and analytical skills.
