∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing, Denim Washing (Dry Process), Quality control, Sound knowledge of Denim Wash
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to check and monitor all over the factory quality
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both dry and wet process.
∎ To call the QI every morning and brief them regarding quality get the report from them from both shift night and day.
∎ To have sound knowledge regarding house keeping and documentation.
∎ To identify the root cause and action plans against any kind of quality issue.
∎ To find out the problem and rectify with the discussion of production team.
∎ To follow up on the proper system all of process of dry and wet process.
∎ To collect and provide the proper instructions when it is new style or buyer.
∎ To prepare the hourly/daily quality report and send it to concern management people.
∎ Able to deal with factory, buyer with good relations .
∎ To arrange regular training season with the team.
∎ Able to handle development, size set, 1st bulk report and handle the meeting on that report and give concrete decision.
∎ To support the factory in providing a comprehensive quality control service to washing department from sampling to final inspection.
∎ To implement and sustain the quality management system in the washing plant.
∎ Any other duty and responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the capacity to lead a quality team of the factory.
∎ Must me computer literate
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Should be good in English to speak
∎ Should be good in mail communications
