∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Different Wash specially, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Production Management (Washing), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Management System

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Capable to Set up and Handle a brand-new sustainable washing plant.
∎ Must have Minimum 10 Years Working Experience to Work in a Denim Washing Plant as Quality Manager.
∎ Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure the quality of Dry & Wet and Sample as per customers' precondition.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and predictive action.
∎ Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, Logistics and some other departments.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development.
∎ Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Capable to Set up and Lead the New Washing Project and All modern Machine.
∎ Must have Minimum 10 Years Working Experience as Quality Manager in a Denim based compliance Washing factory.
∎ Should be capable to lead a professional team with prudent leadership for achieving set targets.
∎ Ready to work under pressure and stress.
∎ To work independently with overseas buyers for order follow up, shipment and communication directly with buyers.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of Denim Wash Wet & Dry Process and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies
∎ Capable to understand technical comments on samples& products and fix issue.

Salary: Negotiable
