∎ HSC, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure quality of all the Finish fabric from the dyeing finishing production and ensuring quality product and quality level.
∎ Guide to production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc) as per buyer & company.
∎ Accountable for Fabric quality matters for dyeing finishing production.
∎ Manage fabric quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management. Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter. Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management. Properly understand buyers' fabric requirements and deliver them within given time limitation.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Quality process is going good with quality production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, energetic and career oriented.
∎ Excellent communications skills
∎ Able to work under pressure.
