Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that all finished garments meet the required specifications and quality standards before in-house.
∎ Identify and resolve quality issues in the production process to prevent defects and ensure consistent product quality.
∎ Lead and guide a team of quality controllers and inspectors, providing training and mentorship to ensure effective performance.
∎ Assign tasks and monitor the daily operations of the quality control team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance the quality control system and increase overall product quality.
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Incharge to oversee the quality assurance process for our garment products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the Quality Incharge will lead and supervise a team of quality controllers to ensure smooth quality control operations throughout the production process.
