Job Context:
∎ We are a 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer, looking for dynamic persons for the post of "in charge -Garments Quality ". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges.
∎ Work at Factory (Khilkhet, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and entire activities of Garments quality issues, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Supervise the daily receiving, and Production including Day-to-Day Checking quality issues.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger in production line
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Honesty and Sincerity, must have to strong communication skill, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing in production floor.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
