Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics, packaging, or moulding industry.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
- Thorough understanding of measurement techniques and the use of various precision tools.
- Strong foundational knowledge of plastic injection moulding and blow moulding processes and common defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warp, air pockets).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Controller will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols throughout the production lifecycle, from raw materials to finished goods.
Inspection & Testing
- Perform routine and non-routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on products from both injection and blow molding lines.
- Conduct tests using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Check critical quality attributes such as wall thickness uniformity, container capacity, neck finish, color consistency, and structural integrity (e.g., drop tests, leak tests).
- Inspect incoming raw materials (resins, colorants) and packaging components to ensure compliance with quality standards before production.
Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately record and document inspection results, including details of accepted and rejected products.
- Generate Quality Control reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) and communicate findings to the Production and Management teams.
- Maintain an organized system of quality records, standard operating procedures (SOP’S), and product specification documents.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor the production process to identify potential quality issues early and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for customer complaints or significant internal quality failures and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to industry regulations and company quality management systems (QMS).
