Bachelor / Masters of any discipline or BBA/MBA

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong Communication & Negotiation skill
• Knowledge of plastic materials & product specifications
• Ability to prepare marketing plans & analyze sales data
• Basic computer skill( Ms word, Ms Excel ) Power point Presentation

Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and market segments (domestic & export).
• Conduct market surveys to understand demand, pricing, and competitors.
• Promote plastic products (e.g. Paint container & chemical packaging, industrial goods, etc.) to Customers/Buyers

Sales & Client Relationship

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize deals.
• Collect customer feedback and report product performance issues to the production team.

Branding & Promotion

• Create and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage social media promotions, product catalogs, and trade fair participation.
• Ensure product labeling, packaging design, and branding align with company standards.

Coordination

• Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Delivery departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Support management in developing marketing strategies and plans.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain client databases and sales records.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
