Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute buyer wise quality and fulfill buyer's requirements.
∎ Follow up and execute and ensure overall yarn quality requirements and timelines without fail.
∎ Monitor and control quality parameters as well as maintain data as per production.
∎ Ensure the quality standards of yarn as well as cost reduction.
∎ Maintain effective working environment with export quality.
∎ Monitoring job performance and execute continuous improvement actions of the machine operations for making a quality yarn.
∎ Should be able to liaise with factories on all production related areas and assist in troubleshooting
∎ Conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue report
∎ Conduct in-line production check
∎ Ensure inspection is comply to Buyer inspection standard
∎ Work closely with Technologist/Merchandiser for product checking detail
∎ Should have accuracy of inspection judgment
∎ Ensure inspection report, on-site checking and related photos are properly documented
∎ Accurate and clear inspection reporting
∎ Take charge of overall of quality assurance functions of delivering products and responsible for the quality of the apparels produced
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects
∎ Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
∎ Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following technical specifications (AQLs:
∎ Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with quality practices.
∎ Provide train and educate to quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the specifications
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experience of working in reputed buying house.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in yarn construction, washing, cutting, sewing, trims & accessories.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to monitor activities from sampling/development, production up to shipment.
∎ Attentive manner towards detailed requirements is essential.
∎ Strong experience in production tracking activities.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handing very demanding customers.
∎ Make sure Time of delivery is on time.
∎ Candidate must be pleasant, presentable and have a positive attitude
∎ Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills
∎ Comfortable to work under pressure
∎ Excellent knowledge to maintain record in the computer, yarn sampling & their blends
∎ for color / fiber.
