Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from Korean to English and Bangla.
∎ Documents to be interpreted from Korean language into Bengali and English.
∎ Translate Korean person's messages and mails to employees.
∎ Fluently in Reading, written and spoken in English
∎ Handle the Director's agenda: Organize daily tasks, schedule, arrange weekly meeting, monthly report, and briefings, coordinate and prepare the meetings.
∎ Be proactive in identifying priorities, emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business needs.
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and telephone calls.
∎ Take meeting summary and type emails, in English/Korean, as ordered by the Director and ensure its correct archive.
∎ Take in charge of all issues related to the Director Travel arrangements: air tickets and hotels booking, filling of travel forms, etc.
∎ Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures.
∎ Welcome and attend the Directors visitors.
∎ Ensure compliance of confidential matters such as business dealings, transactions or affairs and business associates are not to be divulged to other sources without Company's written consent during the course of your employment and after the termination of your employment with the Company.
∎ Perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the Directors office.
