Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall follow-up, such as product development to shipment.
∎ Make full costing in knit Wear and Woven Wear, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Good skill in factory Sourcing.
∎ Fabric handling from development to garment shipment.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare Time and action plan and also sourcing plan with execution.
∎ Doing the consumption of fabrics/ Yarn, trims/accessories and prepare booking.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Commercial Department and
∎ on time shipments.
∎ Prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer.
∎ Has adequate knowledge about fabric knitting and dying.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related
∎ technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team leader understanding company & buyer COC.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards and
∎ team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ The Candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular
∎ basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience on Japan & Korea Market.
∎ Also must have 10- 14 years or more experience in Garments Sector.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems
∎ Willing to travel factory frequently (when required).
∎ Have good knowledge in English spoken and written.
∎ Dynamic, Proactive, Loyal, knowledgeable, Good personality.
∎ Willing to absorb new knowledge/know-how.
∎ Always respect to others at fair eyes.
Salary: Negotiable
