∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to give guide line / instruction to subordinates Providing supervision to entire Sewing Section for quality.
∎ Responsible for Quality assurance.
∎ Assisting in setting of production pattern.
∎ Giving proper training to quality inspectors.
∎ Random checking of garments in the Sewing Section.
∎ To ensure all inspections.
∎ To keep all documents and data of inspection. Need to maintain all records properly.
∎ Liable for any major violation of workmanship in the goods allowed for shipment.
∎ Liable for any claim from buyer / customer regarding quality which was not identified by assurance team.
∎ Need to attend pp meeting.
∎ Need to maintain defect level according to KPI’s.
∎ Need to do any other job assigned by the management.
