Job Context:
∎ We are now looking for talented people to join the Quality Assurance team at our Dhaka office to achieve our growth plans.
∎ Objectives/Purpose of the Job:
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer`s requirements and guidance for each department and processes.
∎ Establish and execute SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first-time quality from each process
∎ Follow and control N2N Sourcing established quality control standards
∎ Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production
∎ Train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and processes
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and ensure production quality from fabrics/accessories to finishing and meet the shipment schedule without fail
∎ Auditing inward fabric and trims and ensuring quality goods are accepted
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples
∎ Ensure that no faulty materials are being forwarded to the production line
∎ Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting before production start
∎ Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection
∎ Perform pre-final and final inspection
∎ Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to 3rd party QA
∎ Responsible for analysis of quality reports and prepare improvement plan
∎ Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process
∎ Amy other task assigned by the Management
∎ Adhere to N2N Sourcing "Ethics and Code of Conduct" policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience with documented record
∎ Extensive Quality Control experience and good working knowledge of the Ready-made Garments Industry
∎ Expertise on both Knit and Woven Items
∎ Extensive knowledge on various types of fabrics, trims, and packaging
∎ Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office etc.
∎ Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customers and other contacts
∎ Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting for groups of 2-3 people
