Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check raw materials to ensure quality and maintain consistency
∎ Maintain food quality according to imposed food standards
∎ Follow up food standards imposed by Food& Safety Industry to standardize the food quality accordingly
∎ Report problems or concerns to the Supervisor immediately
∎ Work as a team with quality controller to maintain
∎ Ensure all employees following the rules to provide quality output
∎ Provide training and support to kitchen team
∎ Documentation to maintain to kitchen hygiene
∎ Work with upper management on performance issues, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency
∎ Train team members and Identify deficits in employee knowledge and organize training materials to bring the team up to speed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Broad understanding of food standards and safety regulations
∎ Skilled in Kitchen workforce management
∎ Team player with positive attitude
