Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential corporate clients for restaurant services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at corporate clients.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present detailed proposals to potential clients, including pricing, service offerings, and terms of service.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
∎ Provide regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Work closely with the restaurant operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and goals.
∎ Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff as required.
∎ Address and resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
∎ Provide after-sales support and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
