∎ Minimum HSC Pass or Equivalent Degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Offset printing, QC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify product and print match to the work order color composition
∎ Works closely with the print machine operator to communicate any issues concerning the print quality of an order, throughout the complete run. Be specific when identifying specific locations of pinholes and/or fuzzies
∎ Evaluate print quality to ensure placement, ink coverage and overall look are acceptable (double checking every 12th to 15th garment to the placement guide)
∎ Turn the red notification light on for any question, doubt, issue or anything you need help with for any reason
∎ Notify a supervisor or lead to obtain replacement garments for in-stock defects and/or misprints during a run
∎ Patch prints as needed and whenever possible
∎ Notify print machine operators to save screens for 2nd QC check, partials, or any other reason for a reprint of any kind
∎ Retrieve printed goods resulting from misprints/defects, confirming the new print/garments reflect the same acceptable quality & return to next staging location upon order completion
∎ Confirm count for printed goods and prepare for the next station (could include folding and packing boxes, then moving using various methods, such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, dolly, or push baskets)
∎ Spray out - put goods to the side and once the run is completed, move to the spray out station to take care of the need (do not allow the need to spray out continue to be a large pile, but inform the operator to address the issue)
∎ Specialty fabrics - once the run is complete, take to another dryer to complete the curing process
∎ Maintain the front page of the operator's logs for daily account of screens
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
