Committed to sustainability and excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team and ensure that our products consistently meet and exceed industry standards.
∎ Position: Quality Control Manager

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Quality Assurance:
∎ - Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
∎ - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
∎ 2. Team Leadership:
∎ - Manage and lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of competency within the department.
∎ - Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement among team members.
∎ 3. Product Testing and Evaluation:
∎ - Oversee the testing and evaluation of threads, trims, packaging, and accessories to ensure they meet performance, durability, and safety requirements.
∎ - Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
∎ 4. Documentation and Reporting:
∎ - Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions taken.
∎ - Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
∎ 5. Supplier Collaboration:
∎ - Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
∎ - Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
∎ 6. Continuous Improvement:
∎ - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the quality control department.
∎ - Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall product quality.
∎ 7. Regulatory Compliance:
∎ - Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to garment manufacturing.
∎ - Ensure that the company's quality control processes align with all applicable regulations.
