Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet or exceed targets.Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
∎ Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively research and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
∎ Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials that address client needs and highlight Harnest’s value proposition.Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maintaining profit margins.
∎ Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials that support lead-generation and brand awareness.Provide regular feedback to product and operations teams to refine service offerings and enhance customer experience.
∎ Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use CRM tools and other analytics platforms to track progress, measure success, and present performance insights.Regularly report on key metrics to the senior management team.
