∎ Bachelor’s in computer science engineering from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISTQB

Relevant Experience in QA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
∎ Research new technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your ongoing QA process.
∎ Develop and execute test plans testing the company product, working in an agile environment
∎ Develop automation frameworks using Selenium Web driver and mobile automation tools
∎ Execute and maintain the manual as well as /automated test scripts, assuring continuous testing process
∎ Collaborate with other engineers, communicating progress and challenges and soliciting input from QA team, Development and Product Management
∎ Functional, browser compatibility, regression, and security testing
∎ Identify bugs & report them in the Bug Tracking System (JIRA)
∎ Automate repeatable test solutions against requirements and specifications
∎ Automating test cases for future regression testing.
∎ Design and develop test scripts to automated different test scenarios
∎ Review Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
∎ Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
∎ Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites
∎ Develop Standards and Procedures to Determine Product Quality and Release Readiness
∎ Discover Bugs Within Software
∎ Drive Innovation and Streamline Overall Testing Process
∎ Identify, Isolate, and Track Bugs Throughout Testing
∎ Identify Potential Problems Users May Encounter
∎ Research and Analyze Product Features Being Tested
∎ Research New Tools, Technologies, and Testing Processes
∎ Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality
∎ Contribute to documentation and processes to support manual testing; help drive the on-time and effective delivery of high-quality, enterprise software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience in software development will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
∎ Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
∎ Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
∎ Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
∎ Experience in Automation tools preferred.
