Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Close work production in line with the QA & QC strategy as defined by the head of QA to constantly improve the quality and value of products.
∎ Communicate with the Senior / Manager or merchandise team about the drive of the quality initiatives to on time delivery ensure.
∎ To ensure maintain and improve quality standards as customer expectation with JDW standard guide line.
∎ Train and develop supplier quality teams allowing them to grow self-audit based on JDW quality standard.
∎ Monthly and by weekly production schedule follow up to achieve on time delivery. And monthly quality reports send to line manager to reflect supplier weakness & point of improvement.
∎ To make sure files organized and updated for factory auditor as per JDW Standers.
∎ Time to time delivery schedule updated in office also Keep all relevant date of delivery goods in case of claim and complain find the root cause of quality faults.
∎ To conduct PP meeting, review bulk size set, production risk assessment - and in production process doing inline, pre final and final AQL.
∎ Make sure production difficulties are share with office team in line manager & Frequently meeting with supplier production / top management to review and update production and quality loop hole.
∎ To ensure production run follow approved bulk fabrics, cutting, sewing & finishing process as per production photocell set by Line manager.
∎ Motivate the production & quality team to run production smoothly & achieve delivery performance set by company goal.
∎ To ensure office objective / 90 days plan aware and reflect in working process maintaining the high time management.
∎ To contribute to and develop the Bangladesh Quality team. A key member of the JD Williams quality team, responsible for deliver the QA/QC Strategy through developing and supporting the production of products to meet our customer expectations on Fit, Quality and Value on time and to the standard required.
