Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fash
• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related discipline

• Diploma in Textile Engineering may also be considered for experienced candidates

• Must be certified in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

• Age At least 22 years

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in sweaters manufacturing company with in same role.

Skills & Expertise

• Product safety, QMS, 5S implementation, Housekeeping, Training & Development, Zero thread project.

• Maintain Sharp Tools Policy, label compliance policy, Housekeeping Policy and documents control Policy.

• Follow Up Needle control Policy, metal Detection Routine, test, Bingo Card Procedure, MOLD prevention routine.

• Update moisture control system of Hygrometer 3 times per day.

• Follow up daily basis Quality report, Data, Quality Procedure, SOP, DHU Data etc.

• Monitoring Complete cartoon storing area.

• Regularly attend steering committee meeting & work to implementation.

• Make Training & awareness program with Worker, Staff, and Management.

• Follow up Lux value record all Sewing line, Light Box Inspection area, packing area, Finishing area, Ware house.

• Follow up Insects killer light, Insects net in all section, missing needle, idle needle Policy, data sheet of Button & Accessories Inspection area.

• Follow up buyer brand protection like Label, Tag & maintain Disposal Record.

• Check Accessories, knitting, linking, Sewing, Finishing Rejection Data, fabric Bin Card System, control SOP Store to Finishing, Check machine calibration record.

• Make monthly measurement tape calibration record, quarterly QS Audit for BESTSELLER, Mango and Inditex, and monthly QMS Audit.

• Make yearly Quality Manual & Review SOP.

• Update Organogram according to buyer guidelines.

• Make sure purchase requisition according to Buyer Findings.

• Make sure monthly record of missing, Broken, Blunt needle percentage.

• Make sure CAP Report based on Buyer & Internal Findings.

• Make factory internal Manual according to buyer standard.
