∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the garments industry with expertise in customs bond and export documentation.
∎ Strong knowledge of customs laws, HS codes, and export-import regulations.
∎ Proficiency in LC handling, shipping, and trade documentation.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with customs, banks, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and process Customs Bond licensing, renewal, and utilization for the company.
∎ Handle export documentation including LC, UD, GSP, CO, B/L, and EXP form preparation.
∎ Ensure compliance with BGMEA, EPB, and customs regulations related to bonded warehouse operations.
∎ Coordinate with ports, customs authorities, banks, C&F agents, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment and clearance.
∎ Maintain stock and inventory records for bonded warehouse operations.
∎ Oversee import documentation for raw materials under the bonded warehouse system.
∎ Monitor export incentives, duty drawback, and regulatory reporting.
∎ Handle audit queries from customs and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Keep updated on changes in government policies, customs rules, and international trade regulations.
∎ Online payment submits. N.B: Preference will be given to those who have worked as bestseller buyers & Inditex.
