Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Food Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Applied Science.

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 25 to 50 years

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of QC experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
• Juice & Drinks (Mango Juice, Soft Drinks, Energy Drinks)
• Vermicelli & Laccha Shemai
• Dry Food Items (Snacks, Confectionery, Packaged Foods)
• Sauces, Ketchup & Condiments
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, testing methods, and QC tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with BSTI, BDS, ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal and other international food safety standards.
• Maintain QC records and prepare inspection reports.
• Support continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
• Work with production and R&D teams to maintain consistency and food safety.
• Safeguard product competitiveness by ensuring every item meets global benchmarks.
