- Basic Understanding about garments defects.
- Understanding of Garments "A" grade and "B" grade
- Experience of Garments Quality Inspection (Checking) Capacity per hour
- Sewing line defect identification skill.
- Knowledge about AQL.
- Knowledge about final Inspection.
- Overall knowledge about various kinds of fabrics
- Average knowledge about various ready made garments items (Knit, woven, sweater etc.)
- Physical fitness for matching the working environment
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to work under pressure
