∎ Age 27 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To control the quality of products by carrying out PP meetings, in-line and final inspections in the factory to ensure that the products meet the quality and standards.
∎ To solve problems found in every production step & Ensure goods shipped with quality as approved sample.·
∎ Update office on order situations for both quality and on time delivery.·
∎ Have experience for controlling the quality of Knit, Woven & Sweater products from sampling & conducting trial, inline & final inspection.·
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.·
∎ Good machinery knowledge·
∎ Good understanding of manufacturing process in garment field·
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the customer's quality· Quality control, Capacity planning, Final inspection with all aspects of Quality Assurance·
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare in-line & final inspection reports·
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures to improve future results.·
∎ Familiarity with USA customers' requirement
