• At least 12 years of experience in garment QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a Head of QA role .

• Strong understanding of international quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Expertise in woven garments specially in the bottom items.

• Strong problem-solving and decision making ability.

• Should have experience to work with foreign management.

• Own the entire quality function from incoming materials, inline inspection, to final goods and shipment (AQL, SOPs, buyer compliance);

• Design and implement a robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system, aligning with business and buyer quality standards;

• Lead technical audits, sample reviews, first-piece inspections, and enforce implementation of corrective actions;

• Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), First Pass Yield, rejection rates, buyer claims, and other quality KPIs; use data to drive continuous improvement;

• Work closely with Merchandising, Production, IE, R&D, and Technical Departments. Conduct training to sustain quality awareness and capabilities among staff;

• Build, lead, and review performance of QA/QC/Technical teams. Mentor team members and oversee discipline and staffing efficiency;

• Coordinate with buyer representatives and merchandising to clarify quality issues, audit feedback, and implement buyer technical requirements

• Track quality metrics such as defect rates, rejection rates, buyer claims, and audit findings. Analyze trends and generate statistical reports to guide continuous improvement;
