• Age At most 40 years

• You have prior experience to settle quality issue
• Good communication skill in both Bengali and English
• Dish washing liquid & toothbrush manufacturing understanding
• You have strong communication & interpersonal skills
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders

Context

• The role will be responsible for ensuring all products meet regulatory, company, and customer quality standards from raw material to finished goods. The role will require close coordination with production, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic and has experience driving growth

Responsibilities:

Quality Control Operations

• Develop and implement QC protocols, procedures, and standards across all product lines.

• Monitor and control the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Ensure all products meet internal specifications and external regulatory requirements (e.g., BSTI, ISO, GMP).

Product-Specific Oversight

• Ensure proper testing and safety validation (e.g., pH, viscosity, moisture content) for;

• Mama Dishwash – detergent concentration, residue testing, packaging integrity.

• Systema Oral Care – microbiological safety, fluoride content, pH levels.

• Jet Detergent – washing efficacy, foaming level, skin compatibility.

• Shokubutsu Soap – fragrance stability, skin tolerance, moisture retention.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation, reports, and batch records.

• Investigate product complaints and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Present monthly QC reports to management with insights and action plans.

• Coordinate with manufacturers to claim and request improvements for substandard quality.

Compliance & Audit

• Investigate and resolve issues related to out-of-specification products.

• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards.

• Prepare for and support internal and external audits (regulatory, third-party, customer).

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise the QC team, ensuring a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Allocate resources and set priorities for routine testing and non-routine investigations.
