We are currently expanding our QA team based in Dhaka to enhance our capacity to serve more sectors.
∎ ADDIE Soft Ltd. is seeking Jr./Sr. QA ENGINEER to join its Talent Pool based in Dhaka and assist in the ongoing development of its technology platform. The successful candidate needs to have 2-5 years of experience working as a QA ENGINEER in any reputed software development company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing testing, analyzing, generating test ideas, and execute test plans.
∎ Major activities will be bug hunting, analyzing in detail level, bug reporting, and follow up the reported bugs.
∎ Work closely with developers to produce a product of the highest possible quality.
∎ Design Manual and automated test cases, run test cycles, and verify bugs.
∎ Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and aid the development team in taking decisions on application features.
∎ Work with the stakeholders to capture business requirements which would be used to develop the test plan and automation scripts.
∎ Perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity, and testability.
∎ Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
∎ Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases, and steps.
∎ Design Manual and automated test cases, run test cycles, and verify bugs.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software
∎ Prepare test cases and test reports.
∎ Test systems at the user level, both manually and with automated tools.
∎ Experience with functional automation tools such as Test Complete, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
∎ Identifying issues, risks, and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate.
∎ Construct test scripts and execute them as per the test plan.
∎ Report and document defects identified during testing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know about automated and manual testing.
∎ Solid experience in JIRA, Scrum, and release management.
∎ Experience in different test automation tools and automation script writing.
∎ Basic SQL knowledge and Database knowledge.
∎ Experience in data-driven testing and API testing.
∎ Knowledge in .Net technologies would be a plus.
∎ Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work independently.
