Job Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify business transformation opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance current business processes.
Perform a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to assess the organization's positioning and potential areas for improvement.
Strategy Development:
Develop research-based strategies to enhance the process of business operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation, all while aligning with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Formulate guidelines and provide actionable recommendations that foster business growth and support the organization's long-term goals.
Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions that could align with strategic growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments including ICT, sales & marketing, finance & accounts, and relevant others to gather insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to gather information, understand their needs, and integrate them into unified business strategies to achieve common goals.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms to ensure mutual understanding.
Policy & Guideline Formulation:
Develop and set guidelines, policies, and procedures that support the strategic initiatives of the organization.
Ensure that all recommended actions adhere to industry regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Review and update existing policies regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective in a rapidly changing environment.
Strategic Decision Support & Implementation:
Provide senior management with data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and investments, and recommend innovative solutions to boost business performance and align with long-term goals.
Prepare and present detailed reports and findings while assisting in the effective implementation of approved strategies.
Develop risk assessment models to evaluate the potential impact of strategic decisions and recommend mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies, make necessary adjustments, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for management that summarize research findings, proposed strategies, and their impact.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the ICT field to continuously introduce innovative ideas to the organization.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure they are on track to meet objectives.
Lead post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and improve future strategy development processes.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
Identify and recommend new technologies and tools that could streamline operations or enhance service offerings.
Champion the adoption of digital transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Leadership & Mentoring:
