∎ Minimum Graduate from any University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ QA will be mainly responsible for: Quality Control, Inline and Final Inspection
∎ Visiting producer's place
∎ Sewing, finishing, washing output in-line inspection every day to find the point to work for improvement
∎ 1st output check randomly if suppliers are following PP meeting instruction
∎ Conduct Wash test from 1st Output
∎ Follow-up fabric checking by 4-point system.
∎ Checking fabric running shade, head-end, before wash & after wash blanket.
∎ Check fabric shade band
∎ Check very carefully for fabric shrinkage and first output garment shrinkage together with measurements and report to CM and HQ.
∎ Due to small quantity orders, he need to careful for a smaller number of wastages from first bulk to meet actual quantity shipment.
∎ Check random measurement of garments each production process from cutting stage to finishing and correction (if needed) so that he will get garments with tolerance during pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Shade checking, GSM checking randomly in production and compare with PP sample
∎ Checking inventory follow-up for trimming/accessories
∎ Packing accuracy check
∎ Ex-factory status
∎ In-line inspection for each and every model/color & prepare detailed inspection report
∎ Production quality check from running production and ready goods
∎ Join training program together with his Manager, Technician and Merchandiser for new suppliers about BIG STAR working procedures and quality expectation.
∎ Pre-Final and Final inspection as per BIG STAR standard and procedure.
∎ Additional JOB assigned by Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-6 years in similar position.
∎ The applicants must have at least 5-6 years' experience in garment inspection and production control with at least 3-4 years in same position with any reputed Production Unit.
∎ Strong Knowledge over Knit fabric/Denim Fabric/washing process quality control will get preference
∎ Should have hands-on experience for Garment production process.
∎ Should have always pre-activeness to learn new things and adopt with new company policy.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers
∎ Having able to handle small quantity orders smooth production controlling.
∎ Conversant with handling world famous European demanding customers
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have strong knowledge about (Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print/Embroidery & washing)
∎ Having valid passport and able to travel abroad for inspection.
