∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensured the achieving of the targets KPIs.
∎ Managed a procurement budget of RM/PM
∎ Managing the Freight and Logistics (C&F)
∎ Sourcing and pricing the Raw & packing material with supplier of foreign and local.
∎ Prepare and maintain the status of import & Local Plan for Raw & Packing materials.
∎ Negotiate prices with local/foreign suppliers and eliminate waste to obtain
∎ lower prices.
∎ Managing supplier both locally and globally.
∎ Ensure that the company acquires the materials required, of the right quality, in the
∎ right Quantity at the right time and thus get the best value of the money spent
∎ without Interrupting to the production process.
∎ Execute the Supplier evaluation process and identified the possible strengths and
∎ weaknesses of all the sources.
∎ Managing the entire production requirement.
∎ Must maintain and control of inventory of goods and ensuring economy in
∎ production.
∎ Prepare Forecasts for Raw Materials and other items.
∎ Planning, regular cost-effective sourcing and ensure uninterrupted supply of raw
∎ material for continuing production.
∎ Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Supply chain Department
∎ properly and efficiently.
∎ Selecting appropriate Vendor.
∎ Monitoring & guide all commercial team members to ensure that Import, Export, Export Documents, Customs, Bepza, C& F, Transportation etc. related Jobs are properly executed.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members.
∎ Any other task given by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be good in English
∎ Must have knowledge in Excel, word, and PowerPoint
Salary: Negotiable
