Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain Supply Chain department as per guidance of Senior management
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the group.
∎ Up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing supply Chain policy.
∎ Credit arrangement, payment management.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
∎ Performing the supply chain functions and its methodology in time to time.
∎ To keep liaison with local and foreign supplier.
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for procure quality materials with competitive price.
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame.
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
∎ Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase and supply of materials for production.
∎ Foster close working relationships with associated departments, Sales & Marketing, Merchandising, Production etc.
∎ Ensuring on time delivery of all materials as per the production plan.
