• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Strong understanding of Back-to-Back L/C processes.

• To lead the end-to-end supply chain process, from strategic sourcing of raw materials (fabrics, fillings, hardware) to production planning and warehouse management, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and audit local and international suppliers for specialized materials (e.g., high-tenacity nylon, polyester fiberfill, ripstop fabrics).

• Cost Optimization: Negotiate prices and credit terms to maintain healthy profit margins while ensuring quality standards.

• Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with the production team to ensure raw materials arrive just-in-time (JIT) to meet shipment deadlines.

• Inventory Control: Oversee the warehouse to minimize deadstock and ensure 100% accuracy in fabric and trim reconciliation.

• Quality Assurance (Input): Ensure all procured materials meet buyer specifications and sustainability certifications.

• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Commercial/Import-Export team to track incoming raw material shipments and clear them through customs.
