Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Purchase requisitions from all the Sections.
∎ verification of Last purchase, Consumption, and requirement for next week.
∎ Prepare Daily Pending Purchases List, Maintain Purchase Register in excel. Issuing Purchase Order.
∎ Purchase for Local Market. Approved Bill Submitting to accounts.
∎ Preparing and maintaining inventories management system and collecting quotations from enlisted vendors and selecting vendors as per price quotation.
∎ Defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation.
∎ Monitoring supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality delivery requirements;
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems and ensure proper delivery as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Any Bachelor's degree - Accounts/finance back ground preferred
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems.
∎ Minimum one of two years previous experience in Garment Industry as purchasing officer or related position.
∎ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office word and Excel.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process the
∎ purchase and contracts.
∎ Able to manage multitask work and activities on priority basis, the optimum time management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should have team spirit.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Office Excel, world.
