• Must have basic knowledge of vegetable cultivation, cattle, and fish farming.

• Usually 4–5 years of practical farming experience.

• Proven experience in farm management.

• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

• Willing to work in garden and pond project areas.

• Cantidate must have responsible for agricultural production of rice, wheat, vegetables and fruits on 7 (seven) Acre private agro complex. The candidate must must have experience and habit of doing work by hand and tools at the field.

• Responsible for healthy maintenance of livestock such as cattles, goats, chickens & ducks.

• Responsible for fish farming in pond.

• Work on maximizing agricultural output across full stretch of 7 (seven) acre land.

• Ensure highest yield of crops, fruits and vegetables in an organic but modern method of farming.

• Grow seasonal vegetables that will be high in yield with the target of maximizing profit at the time of sale.

• Use modern methods of livestock farming that ensures highest growth for cattles.

• The candidate must be stationed in the project area dormitory.
